I found an interesting article [1] about solving photo-based CAPTCHAs (tell cats from dogs etc.). Turns out machine learning is quite capable of solving the [2] Asirra CAPTCHA (apart from simply following the adopt-me link and deducing from the text whether it’s a cat or a dog).
